If you can see this, you're blocking active content (or javascript). This site works much better if you allow active content...
although I hope to have the time to do something about it, at the moment I've not properly checked what actually appears
without it. If you want to know what we do with "active content", please read the About This Website section of our privacy policy.
To enable active content if you're using IE 6.0 with SP2, there's a new "Information Bar" at the top: click on it and then choose "Allow blocked content" from
the menu that appears.
