Fresh ingredients: green beans, potatoes, eggs (optional)
Stored ingredients: onions, oregano, vinegar
Boil the green beans and the potatoes, then cool them with water if you're in a hurry.
Slice some raw onion and dice the potatoes. Mix with the beans and olive oil, salt, oregano and vinegar.
You can make more of a meal of this by adding boiled eggs.
