Fettuccine al cetriolo

Fresh ingredients: cucumber

Stored ingredients: black olives, garlic, peperoncino, parmesan, pasta (fettuccine)

Cut the cucumber into fairly thick slices and fry in plenty of olive oil, fishing them out when done. In the same oil, fry black olives and garlic cut into little pieces with peperoncino.

Cook the fettuccine, mix it all together and sprinkle with parmesan.
