Risotto Cinese e Siciliano

Fresh ingredients: mushrooms, milk, butter

Stored ingredients: rice, garlic, soya cubes, fake-on (pseudo-bacon), frozen peas, stock cube (chinese-style if you can get it)

In olive oil and butter, fry peas, mushrooms and garlic.

Add some milk, soya pseudo-bacon, soya cubes and a chinese stock cube and a little water and cook the soya slowly.

Add the rice and a little boiling water, check as rice cooks and put in a bit more boiling water if necessary.
