Fresh ingredients: cream, courgettes, cauliflower, carrots, celery, basil, parsley, parmesan
Stored ingredients: rice, sweetcorn, quorn mince, onion, garlic, white pepper
Wash the rice. Chop and fry everything in olive oil. When gold, add water and the washed rice.
Keep an eye on it while it cooks and add more boiling water if necessary.
At the end add parmesan cheese and cream (or you could substitute butter for the cream).
