Fresh ingredients: broccoli
Stored ingredients: sun-dried tomato, garlic, mint, peperoncino
Take a pan that you can cover and fry some garlic in olive oil with sun-dried tomato which you've cut up into little pieces like the garlic.
When the garlic starts to be ready, put in a little water - doesn't has to cover the broccoli, understand? Add mint and peperoncino - if we have peperoncino - and the salt, and let it cook a little.
Soon after it boils put in the broccoli florets, cover and cook until the broccoli softens and the water boils away.
If it goes all mushy, that was too much water.
