Fresh ingredients: cauliflower
Stored ingredients: sun-dried tomato, garlic, mint, peperoncino, zibibbo or sherry

Chop garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and fry them in a pan that you can cover.
Cut the cauliflower into florets. As the garlic gets golden, add some water (maybe half a cup), a pinch of peperoncino, some mint and salt. When the water boils, add the cauliflower and put the lid on.
About a minute before it's ready (i.e. the water's gone and the cauli's soft enough) add a large splash of zibibbo (or sherry instead).
