Fettuccine funghi e panna
- with mushrooms and cream

Fresh ingredients: mushrooms

Stored ingredients: onions, sweetcorn, vegemince, pasta (fettuccine), peperoncino, sage

Fry the ingredients together with plenty of olive oil and add a little bit of chilli.

When everything is gold, add sage and salt and a little bit of water, and leave until it looks cooked. Add half a pot of cream and take off the heat.

Cook the fettuccine (linguine), and when they're ready add the rest of the cream to the sauce and serve.
