Three meal red lentils
- so start with plenty!

Fresh ingredients: carrots, celery + 3rd meal: eggs, parsley

Stored ingredients: red lentils, onions, plum tomatoes, basil, mint + 2nd meal: pasta or rice, 3rd meal: breadcrumbs, garlic

First meal: chop onions, carrots, celery and plum tomatoes and add a little salt, olive oil, sugar, basil, and mint and boil together with the lentils. Ready in about fifteen minutes.

Second meal: to half of the remaining lentils, add pasta (eg. break spaghetti directly into it), water and salt, then boil to cook the pasta. Keep the other half.

Third meal: beat some eggs, mix into the saved lentils and add breadcrumbs, chopped garlic and parsley

Variation: in the second step, cook all of the lentils with rice. Then for the third meal you need less breadcrumbs.
