Marmellata cake

Fresh ingredients: eggs, butter

Stored ingredients: sugar, flour, ground rice, jam, scotch whisky

Make a cake mixture with 200g butter, 200g strong brown sugar, 300g flour, 200g ground rice, 5 eggs, a splash of scotch whisky and baking powder if necessary.

Stir jam into the cake before putting it into the greased tin.

Cook at gas mark 5 for 45 minutes.
