Broccoli con mascarpone
- with cream cheese, carrots and onions

Fresh ingredients: broccoli, mascarpone, carrots, parmesan

Stored ingredients: black pepper

Cut the broccoli into florets and the carrots and onions into little pieces. Put in a pan with salt, black pepper, olive oil and a little water, cover and cook.

About 5 minutes before taking it off, add the mascarpone, and at the end sprinkle it with grated parmesan.
