Orange stew

Fresh ingredients: parsnips, carrots, coriander

Stored ingredients: sweetcorn, potatoes, plum tomatoes, red lentils, onions

Cut everything into pieces (and if you're hungry make sure the pieces of parsnip and potato are very small) and put them in a pan with some water, boiling until the veg goes soft - make sure it doesn't boil dry.
