Fresh ingredients: broccoli, cream
Stored ingredients: garlic, black olives, parmesan, pasta (penne, maccheroni, farfalle or fusilli)
Boil the broccoli and when it's lightly cooked, fish it out. Cook the pasta in the same water.
Fry garlic and black olives cut into little pieces in olive oil, add the broccoli and cook on a low heat. For the last couple of minutes, add the cream and heat through.
Mix it all together and sprinkle with parmesan.
