Pasta piselli Orsola

Stored ingredients: onions, peas, parmesan, pasta (spaghetti)

Fry the onion in little pieces with the peas in olive oil until golden. Cook the spaghetti separately.

Add a little water to the frying pan (not much - it shouldn't become soup), and cook until the peas are soft, by which time the pasta should be ready.

Put the spaghetti onto the plates, the sauce on top and sprinkle with parmesan.
