Polpette
- "meat" balls

Fresh ingredients: parsley, cheese (eg cheddar), egg

Stored ingredients: soya/quorn mince, garlic, breadcrumbs, black pepper

Use any kind of mince (soya, quorn); mix with crushed garlic, black pepper, parsley, salt, grated cheese, egg and breadcrumbs.

Mush into balls - keep a bowl of water handy and keep your fingers wet so they don't stick to you...

Fry them and eat them like that or maybe with a tomato sauce (like for fritelle).
