Potted vegetables
- (veg cooked in a pot!)

Fresh ingredients: mushrooms, green pepper, carrots, celery

Stored ingredients: onions, garlic, nutmeg

Do this one too in a little pot with a lid.

Little mushrooms cut in half, green pepper thinly sliced, carrots (diced), chopped celery, onions chopped finely, chopped garlic, nutmeg, a little salt, olive oil for frying.

Cooked in a little pot - once frying put the lid on. Leave it on a very low flame for a long time until the veg is soft.
