Fresh ingredients: pepper, carrots
Stored ingredients: potatoes, onions, Quorn pieces, passata, fennel seeds
Take lots of potato, a bag of quorn chunks, a smallish pepper, carrot and onion.
Fry the onion in olive oil until golden, dice the rest and add along with a jar/carton of passata. Top up with water, add fennel seeds and salt and cook until the potato is done.
