Fresh ingredients: mushrooms

Stored ingredients: potatoes, quorn pieces, garlic, passata, sage

The length of time you have to wait (although it gets better the longer you cook it) depends on the potato, so if you want it quick, cut it small...

Cut potatoes into little cubes (around 1 cm), cut some mushrooms in half, take some quorn pieces, loads of chopped garlic.

Put them in a pot with some olive oil on a high heat initially and stir around to coat and fry slightly, then add a jar of passata, some salt, sugar and sage, topping up with water.
