Spring greens cavolo-style

Fresh ingredients: spring greens

Stored ingredients: garlic, tinned tomatoes, spaghetti

Quickly boil the greens, fish them out and cut up, keeping the liquid.

Fry some garlic in olive oil, add a tin of tomatoes.

Snap spaghetti into bits that are a couple of inches (5 cm!) long and cook in the liquid from the greens, adding more water if necessary.
