Fresh ingredients: cream, cheese (preferably ricotta salata & parmesan, but cheddar will do)
Stored ingredients: garlic, black olives, capers, quorn mince, tomato puree, oregano, pasta (eg spaghetti)
First fry together garlic, black olives, capers and quorn mince in olive oil. When they've been on a while, add tomato puree and sugar, and then oregano, a little cream, ricotta salata and parmesan (or if you've neither of those, use cheddar!).
Put the spaghetti on the plates and the sauce on top.
