Fresh ingredients: carrots, mushrooms, eggs, coriander

Stored ingredients: rice (preferably brown), onions, garlic, frozen sweetcorn, frozen peas, quorn mince (or vegemince), mustard seeds

Cook the rice.

In a wok or big frying pan, fry carrots, onions, garlic, sweetcorn, peas, quorn mince and mushrooms in olive oil with a tiny bit of salt.

When more or less cooked, add mustard seeds and coriander.

Then add the rice to the wok and mix around. Add two beaten eggs and fry a little.
