Stored ingredients: onions, potatoes, soya chunks, marjoram, tomato puree
Sugo is generally tomato sauce with pieces of meat (and sometimes potato) cooked for a long time - a little similar to ragł which is done with mince.
Cut everything into pieces and fry a little in olive oil. Add a jar of tomato puree, salt, pepper, sugar and marjoram and cook for ages (at least an hour, preferably longer).
