Sweet and sour green peppers

Fresh ingredients: green peppers, carrot, celery

Stored ingredients: garlic, onion, white wine

When green peppers are even more bitter than usual, cut them into thin slices along with some onion. Chop some garlic and shred a little carrot and celery.

Stir fry in a little olive oil until softened and then add salt, sugar and dry white wine.
