Fresh ingredients: ready-made tortellini (spinach or mushroom), mascarpone, pseudobacon, optional; chilled bottle of Pinot Grigio
Stored ingredients:
Buy some ready-made tortellini filled with spinach or mushrooms, a pot of mascarpone, some pseudobacon and (optionally) a chilled bottle of Pinot Grigio.
Open the wine. Cook the tortellini a little, chop and fry the pseudobacon in a little olive oil then add the tortellini to the pan followed by plenty of mascarpone and some Pinot.
Serve, and drink the rest of the Pinot. Cincin! (Chin-chin!)
