Fresh ingredients: courgettes, cream
Stored ingredients: onions, basil, pasta (fusilli, penne)
Cut an onion into small pieces, fry it in olive oil and when it's lightly done fish it out and keep it. Dice the courgettes and fry them; when they're cooked, put the onion back in, tip in the cream and add some basil.
Stir until it's warmed through and then mix with the pasta before serving.
Fusilli (short twists) or something like that.
