Fresh ingredients: whatever you've got knocking about
Stored ingredients: soya or quorn pieces, frozen veg to make up for what's not fresh, a herb or two
Boil some soya pieces and veg cut into pieces; e.g. we just had some green beans, carrots, courgette, celery and frozen sweetcorn. Afterwards we added some previously boiled potatoes.
Toss in nice olive oil and lemon juice, and add a herb of choice, e.g. oregano.
