Vinegar fry-up

Fresh ingredients: peppers, carrots

Stored ingredients: white soya, garlic, mint, vinegar

Do this in a pot with a lid (which you should use). In plenty of oil fry (on a low heat) sliced peppers and chopped carrots for five or ten minutes.

Add chunks of white soya (pre-soaked in hot salted water) and when cooked add garlic, mint, salt and vinegar. After a few mintues it's ready.
