Fresh ingredients: butter, eggs, carrot, milk
Stored ingredients: sugar, flour, cornflour, sunflower seeds, sultanas, baking powder
100g butter, 2 eggs, 50g sugar, 150g white flour, 100g cornflour, 100g carrot pulp (after you've juiced them), 25g sunflower seeds, 25g sultanas, splash of milk, 3 tablespoons of baking powder
This may be done after about 50 minutes at gas mark 5, but it never seems to be ready (because of the carrot pulp) so if it's been in for an hour, rescue it!
