In this week's mail (weekend of Saturday 9 April)

We've info on this week's hUJe with our friends from Bedlam Chris Humphreys and Lunar Chic, Sunday's Twist and Saturdays night's Blast at the Fridge and Wildchild in Milton Keynes. In addition, I'm including the full info on next Friday's party - and next Friday night you'll be able to buy 21-hour party tickets that get you into hUJe Friday night, Essential @414 AND hUJe Saturday afternoon (prices below). Some more news; at last I've made up posters combining four of the flyers with people's pictures on, and if you want your own you'll be able to buy it from us at hUJe (see below). Finally, if you haven't collected your hUJe bum2bum CD from us yet, make sure to ask for one.

Now, I still haven't caught up on publishing the pictures of past afternoon hUJes, but here are links to those I did recently plus the hUJe pictures page which also has links to photos of these events put up by other people. We've made up A3 posters as shown on the left, featuring the flyer fronts which are nearly double (in area terms) the original size - i.e. just under A5. We're going to be using them for promotion, so keep an eye out for them around.

We're sure that people are going to want their own copies too, but they cost us too much just to give away so we're going to be selling them at hUJe both plain and laminated (so you can get them home without destroying them).  Prices are £2 plain (3 for a fiver) £3.50 laminated (3 for £9).

We feel a special affinity with people that are as mad as us in trying to combine all the organisation and rushing about of promoting your own party with DJing too, and here's another mad pair: Chris Humphreys and Lunar Chic - and in case you need it spelling out, their party is Bedlam.

It's great to have them back again, and we've tried to pick a weekend when they shouldn't be too shattered from all the hundred and one other things there are to do! We're all looking forward to it immensely.

Once again we'll be bringing in extra lighting by Clubtek.it to drive the dancefloor, revelling in playing on a proper sound system... and of course transforming the place as only we can with our individual decor.

We've been getting such a lot of grief about more night-time parties from hUJe people that can't make it along to Saturday afternoons, that we had to find a more regular way of putting them on. We'll carry on doing Saturday afternoon each week, and 18 hour specials from time to time, but we're also starting a regular Friday night event - one per month, on the third Friday. We've arranged with Essential at Club 414 for them to be our official between-party so that you can carry on partying with us in central Brixton right through from Friday night to Saturday evening.

As well as the full-on night-time party-vibe of the 18 hour specials and creating a unique environment with our individual decor, we'll be bringing in laughing gas and the reknowned NRG light & colour laser show by Clubtek.it to drive the dancefloor... and revelling in playing on the recently-upgraded 3rd Base soundsystem.
