Nice to see some of you out-and-about elsewhere last weekend
where we were playing bum2bum. This week's a bank holiday weekend -
and Banja's back too - so make sure to drop into hUJe on Saturday
afternoon to say hello. Next week there's
Ualda's birthday and after that an 18 hour special! Don't
forget we're now running a tea and laughing gas stall so all your
needs are catered for (you may have noticed my subtle reminder
:)

In this week's mail (bank holiday weekend of
Saturday 30 April)
So, George-E last week and this Saturday we've got Matt E (no
relation!); we've also details of Skwosh birthday on Friday
night, Essential on Saturday morning and Twist and
Afterlife on Sunday too. On Sunday afternoon there
are a couple of family bookings at FlashBak - Ualda plays b2b with
Rachel UV, and Jari plays too - but it's the first two sets so get
your act together and get down there for 3pm - don't drop in
after five and ask if they've played yet. A reminder to look out
for the posters combining four of the flyers with people's
pictures on, and if you want your own you'll be able to buy it from
us at hUJe (see
below). Finally, if you haven't collected your hUJe
bum2bum CD from us yet, make sure to ask for one.
We're going to be offering cheap
early entry for the Friday night party to people that get our emails
or texts so if you or your mates don't get them directly, now's the
time to join and make sure you don't miss out.

We've made up A3 posters as shown on the left,
featuring the flyer fronts which are nearly double (in area terms)
the original size - i.e. just under A5. We're going to be using them
for promotion, so keep an eye out for them around.
We're sure that people are going to want their
own copies too, but they cost us too much just to give away
so we're going to be selling them at hUJe both plain and
laminated (so you can get them home without destroying them).
Prices are £2 plain (3 for a fiver) £3.50 laminated (3 for
£9). |
