Hello again - and it's nearly time!!!

This is the week we've all been waiting for - the birthday's round again and this time hUJer than ever! We'll be raving all night Friday at the Mass and continuing in the afternoon at the George IV, where there'll be free entry with a stamp from Friday night.

For hUJe Friday night we've got Clubtek's gorgeous top-of-the-range rainbow laser, video projections of hUJe parties, pyrotechnics, laughing gas, tea, massage and body-painting stalls... all this on top of the hallmarks - excellent music, fabulous decor, lovely people and unique vibe.

As well as the two hUJe parties this weekend, we've arranged a discount for Saturday morning at Crossover at the George and hUJe members get discount at Menthol on Saturday night and Twist on Sunday morning. I hope you've been pacing yourselves cos this weekend's not just hUJe - it's enOOOOOOrmous.

If you're on our SMS mailing list you should already have received a text for discount entry on Friday - if you didn't get it then please reply with your mobile number which has probably changed! Alternatively - follow this link, print off the voucher and bring it for £5 entry before 11pm on Friday. You can put more than one name & address on the voucher if you like.

Music to put a smile on your feet - energetic uplifting hard dance - in surroundings you won't recognise.

This month we celebrate three years since the first hUJe and two years of weekly afternoon parties.

The birthday party continues in the afternoon; come on Friday night and you get in free on Saturday. Across the two birthday events we're joined by six excellent DJs - all boys this time. The evening's journey is begun in the company of our resident Kris Noble - continues in the company of each of the hUJe family and comes to a climactic conclusion with George-E.

We're really going to town with the decor on a colourful party theme, bringing out the pyrotechnics and bringing in new video projections of the hUJe crowd. For the birthday special we've secured Clubtek's top-of-the-range white light laser. On top of all this; massage, laughing gas and the unique hUJe vibe.

A night of uplifting & euphoric trance & dance for a gay & no attitude crowd.
 
Last month’s party (Sept 24) musically, we feel was one of the best, a trance-tastic journey from start to finish. We again must thank our superb residents, Nelly B played some great euphoric trance in near darkness. Unfortunately our guest Lee Harris found it hard to follow & keep the momentum of Nelly’s set & so Lil’Vik saved the night & played a superb 3hr set. She just gets better as her confidence grows each month. Steve Higgins played a fierce set topping off a fab night. The crowd (you) of course were fantastic as always. In DisFunKtion it was quieter than usual but the crowd were not disappointed as Jayme played some fabulous house with that latin beat. He was followed by our amazing guest Abs, he wowed us with his technical skills on the decks & played a stormer playing tune after tune - deep n durty house. Then of course our superb resident Steven Black followed perfectly with durty house & his trademark sexytribalbeats.
 
Behind the scenes we have a superb team that help us make our party each month & we never forget the work they do. Soph has built our website, updating & maintaining it to such a high standard. Steven Black as well as djing created the logo’s & does all the artwork for the flyers & ads. Jamie does an excellent job taking the door charge to maintain the club & keep the standards you deserve. Then of course we can’t forget the adorable Tony, our door host who meets & greets you with a smile each month. Thank you our fabulous team. We would also like to thank you, we know that a lot of you promote the club wherever you go – it doesn’t go unnoticed & we are always grateful for all the help & support we receive. 
 
Next months party is on 22nd October, same time & place. Pandora SK has been invited back to play in MENTHOL, she played April & you loved her. She is coming back to rock your world & is very excited. In DisFunKtion we have the legendary Jo Public playing house as it should be & Simon Wallis will also tweak those phasers & use those amazing skills behind the decks to take you down that deep n durty house road.

TWIST - How can it just keep getting better and better you ask?

Well the answer is with four new residents joining our existing fantastic gang!! The august bank holiday party saw the launch of Cally Cage, Steve Maynard, James Nardi and Tom Basquil as the residents joining Iam M, Danny Gilligan, Tommy Four Seven + Red&Blue!

TWIST has really gone from strength to strength during July & August and if you've not been yet then you really don't know what you are missing!!
